These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Deskor website and any purchases made from Deskor & Co, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the brand name Deskor.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and our Return Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.

1. Products & Natural Variation

Deskor products are architectural furniture systems manufactured using natural and industrial materials.

You acknowledge that:

  • Variations in color, grain, texture, finish, and character are inherent and expected

  • Minor imperfections and dimensional tolerances of up to ±1 inch may occur

  • Product images are representative only and may not precisely match the delivered product

Differences in screen displays may affect perceived color or finish. Such variations do not constitute defects.

2. Orders, Pricing & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Pricing, specifications, and availability may change without notice

  • An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued

3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Estimated processing and transit times shown on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You acknowledge that:

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, labor disruptions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund

  • Glass components ship separately and may arrive before or after wood components

  • Separate shipments do not constitute a delay or partial fulfillment failure

4. Freight Delivery & Customer Responsibilities

Due to size and weight, many Deskor products ship via freight delivery (curbside).

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring adequate access for delivery, including doorways, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and building restrictions

  • Being available for scheduled delivery appointments

  • Inspecting shipments at the time of delivery

Orders refused due to access issues, missed appointments, or site constraints are treated as returns and are subject to return shipping and applicable fees.

5. Delivery Inspection & Acceptance

All shipments must be inspected at delivery.

  • Visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery prior to signing

  • Photographic documentation is required

  • Acceptance of delivery without notation constitutes acknowledgment that the shipment was received in acceptable condition

Damage, defects, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to comply may limit or void eligibility for remedy.

Glass components are considered complete upon successful delivery and inspection.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key acknowledgments:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Freight return costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Custom, made-to-order, assembled, modified, or installed products are non-returnable

  • Glass tops are non-returnable once delivered

7. Assembly, Use & Care

Customers are responsible for proper assembly and use of Deskor products.

Deskor is not responsible for:

  • Damage, failure, or injury resulting from improper assembly

  • Modifications or alterations to the product

  • Use outside intended design parameters

  • Failure to follow provided care or installation guidance

8. Promotions, Discounts & Final Sale Items

  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and are single-use

  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

  • Items discounted 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable

  • Promotions have no cash value and are not retroactive

9. Custom, Made-to-Order & Special Orders

Certain Deskor products are produced specifically for the customer.

For such orders:

  • Cancellations may only be permitted within a limited window, if at all

  • Changes may not be possible once production begins

  • Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates

  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable

Deskor reserves the right to make design or construction adjustments to improve stability or performance without materially altering intended function.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, drawings, concepts, imagery, text, and intellectual property displayed on the Deskor website are the exclusive property of Deskor & Co, LLC.

No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Email & SMS Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from Deskor.

  • Message frequency may vary

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • You may opt out at any time using unsubscribe links or SMS instructions

Deskor is not responsible for delayed or undelivered communications.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Deskor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, access issues, or customer-caused delivery failures

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deskor & Co, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within California.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
