Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Deskor, every desk is crafted as an architectural system and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely. Because of the size, weight, and materials of our products, we utilize specialized shipping methods outlined below.
1. Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the contiguous 48 United States
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
For shipping outside the contiguous U.S., please contact us prior to placing an order
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Types
Standard Freight Delivery (Curbside)
Most Deskor desks ship via freight delivery due to size and weight.
Delivery is made curbside or to the nearest accessible point
A delivery appointment is required
The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window
A signature may be required at delivery
Packaging materials, pallets, and debris are not removed
Freight delivery applies to large or oversized items and multi-component desk systems.
White-Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade)
Where available, customers may select White-Glove Delivery at checkout.
This service includes:
In-home delivery (room of choice)
Packaging removal
Assembly services are not included unless explicitly stated on the product page. White-glove availability varies by location.
Ground / Oversized Parcel (Limited Products)
Certain smaller or modular components may ship via oversized ground parcel carriers at Deskor’s discretion. Signature requirements may vary by carrier.
3. Separate Shipments & Glass Tops
Many Deskor products ship in multiple packages.
Glass tops ship separately in dedicated protective packaging
Glass shipments may arrive before or after the wood components
Separate tracking numbers may be issued for each shipment
Glass components are considered complete upon successful delivery and inspection
Glass shipment timing differences are considered normal and do not constitute a delay.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout
Shipping fees cover packaging, handling, logistics coordination, and carrier costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed carrier damage or Deskor error
5. Tracking & Transit Times
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Timelines
Order processing: typically 2–5 business days (unless otherwise stated)
Freight transit: approximately 3–10 business days
White-glove delivery: may take 1–3 weeks depending on location and carrier availability
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, labor conditions, or other factors beyond Deskor’s control
6. Delivery Inspection & Damage Reporting
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments at the time of delivery.
If outer packaging shows visible damage, this must be noted with the carrier before signing
Please take clear photos of any damage
Damage must be reported to Deskor within 48 hours of delivery
Acceptance of delivery without notation constitutes acknowledgment that the shipment was received in acceptable condition.
Failure to note damage at delivery or report it within the required timeframe may limit our ability to file a claim on your behalf.
7. Multiple Shipments & Order Fulfillment
We aim to consolidate shipments whenever possible
We reserve the right to split shipments when necessary for logistical or safety reasons
A single shipping fee applies per order, regardless of the number of shipments
8. Shipping Holds
Customers may request to delay shipment prior to checkout.
Complimentary Hold
We offer a complimentary hold period of up to 60 days from the stated lead time
Extended Holds
Holds beyond 60 days may incur a storage fee
Extended hold fees are non-refundable
Shipping will resume once the customer confirms readiness for delivery
9. Cancellations
Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, provided a shipping label has not been created.
After Shipment
Once a shipping label is created, the order is considered shipped. Any cancellation after this point will be treated as a return and subject to the return policy.
10. Package Protection (Optional)
Deskor may offer optional package protection at checkout to cover loss, theft, or transit damage. If selected, claims are handled directly through the protection provider according to their terms.
